the Tactical Cat Harness??

Loosen the webbing, stretch it to a suitable
position,and insert the buckle.

Adjust with 4 adjustment points on the straps to
fit your cat. And then cut out excess webbing
OR put the extra webbing into the buckles
again as shown in the figure.

suffocate or feel strangled.
